WINDOW
We use traditional wash systems, or reach systems, that use water-fed poles to extend 65 feet. Windows are washed with ultra pure water at zeroparts per billion (0ppb) and that represents the gold standard. Water at 0ppb is one thousand times purer than water at 0ppm and because pure water cleans by dissolving dirt ions, it follows that water at 0ppb is capable of dissolving 1,000 times more dirt than water of 0ppm.
GUTTERS
Badly neglected gutters can lead to all sorts of problems. Regular gutter cleaning is essential! In addition to being clogged up and basically useless during a shower or storm, they will also lead to the following risks and inconveniences: High chance of water damage to eaves and ceilings. Leaf litter which causes rust and excess roT. Unwanted pests such as insects, rats, etc.
SOFFITS
Soffits need to be kept clean because their purpose is to allow air intake for a roof. The air vents built into soffits lead directly into your roof space. If you spray these vents with a hose or pressure washer, then you run the risk of water entering into the roof. Another problem this might cause is that water may get behind the siding and this could cause mould and mildew to form.
COMMUNAL AREAS
Cleaning internal communal areas and car parks. The communal areas of homes and offices are tough to keep clean. These highly traveled areas collect dirt very easily. This is the area that guests or potential clients see as they walk through the front door. Keeping this area clean is absolutely essential.
SOLAR PANELS
It is not recommended by solar panel manufacturers to use chemicals to clean your panels. Tap water and rain water will not clean solar panels sufficiently to keep them running at maximum efficiency. Using detergents to clean solar panels leaves a sticky microscopic film on the solar panel which actually attracts dirt and grime. Again, this will lead to your solar panels not running efficiently.
